Formerly known as the Holiday Inn Junkanoo Beach, this resort is walking distance to scenic historic Nassau, the Capital of the Bahamas and just footsteps from all of the excitement of Bay Street. The area is known for duty free shopping, many great restaurants and nightlife with the entertainment, downtown business, government and financial districts. Watch cruise ships sail in clear turquoise waters to Prince Georges Wharf. Dine outdoors in a tropical poolside courtyard setting. The Prime Minister himself frequents "Cafe Willie", the notable onsite restaurant, popular with locals and vacationers alike for its water views and attentive service. The Nassau Palm Resort & Conference Center also features two great swimming pools overlooking the beach.
